From the center we are working together with the AMPA board to help our students from
Baccalaureate who need to use school transportation and due to the current circumstances do not
have this service.
It is ver y important to know the exact number of students who would be interested in
call a meeting with their families and find a solution.

INFORMATIVE MEETING WITH STUDENTS AND FAMILIES

Next Saturday September 12 at 11 am, Antonio Vicente (director of the institute) will hold a telematic meeting with all the students and relatives who wish.

In this meeting, information will be given on organizational issues related to the start of the course and the Covid plan designed in our center.

The academic year begins on Monday, September 14, but this day, as well as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, have special hours:
The students must be at our Institute on Monday at 11.00 am and will end the day at approximately 1.00 pm.
The calculations of the students are made for buses with 54 seats, therefore no more than 27 students will get on, they will get on with their masks and they will be seated by the windows.
The students are summoned, this Monday, in order of the lis t of their surnames in order that only 50% of the students come. The students do not know which route and stop corresponds to them, nor the company that transports them. The transport card will be given to them when they arrive at the Institute and, the next day, Tuesday, the other half of the students will come and they will also be given the transport card and everyone will know which route and stop corresponds to them for the next day, on Wednesday.
Given the circumstances, the secretary will be at the Balsicas Gasolinera stop on Monday at 10:00 am and on Tuesday at 08:00 am to facilitate the management of the situation.
On Friday, September 18, they will have the usual hours from 08.15 to 14.15 hours, so students will have to be picked up with the usual advance.
The corresponding advances to get on the bus must be taken into account according to the route and stop that corresponds to each student.
