WE LEARN ABOUT VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN SANTO TOMÁS

Our students have learned more about Vocational Training during the last week of January.

They have received information about how vocational training works and about the training cycles they can take after finishing ESO or Basic vocational training. Also about how to get around to reach the institutes where these training cycles are taught.

To check what they have learned, they have also had the opportunity to play some kahoots as part of the Saint Thomas Day activities.

TALK FOR FPB BY FORMER STUDENTS - 2023 - SARA

This is the fifth consecutive year in which this type of activity is carried out for Basic FP students.
This Wednesday, December 20, the 1st and 2nd year FPB students were lucky enough to be able to attend a motivational talk given by a former FPB student from IES Sabina Mora:
Sara Abdessamie - Class of 2018-2020
This honors student remembers with great affection her time at Sabina Mora and she is very grateful to the teachers who guided and motivated her to continue with her studies.
Currently, she is studying the 1st year of the Intermediate Degree cycle in Pharmacy and Parapharmacy at the IES Politécnico de Murcia, with very good grades.
This student, curious, hardworking, responsible and very mature for her age, is an example of what can be achieved with effort and dedication and has given a priceless example to all the students who attended the talk.
The FPB students enjoyed the talk and asked the guest her questions. The talk has been very interesting and motivating for everyone.
The gratitude of the IES Sabina Mora has been reflected with the delivery of some gifts
The activity has been organized by its teacher Mª Carmen, with the collaboration of teachers Isabel and Elena.

Our ambassadors of the European Parliament, the 1st year vocational training students, in addition to their t-shirts, already have their identification badges on which their name, the institute and the course appear. You can use them every time you carry out any activity as Ambassadors throughout this course.

Abbas El Lyazidi - Promotion 2021-2023
This honors student remembers with great affection his time at Sabina Mora and is very grateful to the teachers who guided and motivated him to continue with his studies.
Currently, he is studying the 1st year of the Intermediate Degree cycle of Microcomputer Systems and Networks at the IES Gerardo Molina, with excellent grades.
This student, who started ESO with hardly any knowledge of Spanish, is an example of what can be achieved with effort and dedication and has given a priceless example to all the students who attended the talk.
